Mike and Terry, Steve and Deb, Dan and Carmen traveled to Buckley, WA to attend a day long training course on the Ins and Outs of GWRRA (leadership training).

 

The day began with Roy McKenzie, Region Director, introducing Mike and Peggy  Hudnell (Chapter WA-I in Olympia), Washington’s new District Directors.  Acknowledgement was given to Bob and Becky Minor for all their hard work and devotion as District Directors.  Thanks was given to Bill and Barbara Ellis for coordinating the day long educational session.

 

Workshops were offered all day long with seminars in fun, web use and design, leadership, GWRRA structure, GWRRA programs, finance, time management, etc.

 

This session was very worthwhile and you are all encouraged to participate in this annual event.  Classes are also offered at district and region rallies – they are fantastic ways to promote and encourage fun, safety and knowledge!!!  You will also meet the greatest people from other chapters in Washington and the surrounding areas – an opportunity to make new friends like you wouldn’t believe!!!
